Frye Guys General Contracting, U.S. Army Veteran.
I spent years in the Army. What I brought home wasn't a business plan. It was a habit: you check your work, you check it again, and you don't leave until the job is squared away.
Turns out that habit is rare in this trade. The first few years I was mostly fixing other people's mistakes. Shingles nailed too high. Siding hung with no house wrap behind it. Concrete poured four inches thick on a driveway that needed six, cracking apart by the second winter.
Homeowners kept telling me the same story: the guy quoted a great price, took the deposit, and stopped answering.
So the standard here is boring on purpose. I show up when I said I would. I put the number in writing. I explain what I'm doing and why, in plain English, before you sign anything. If I find something bad once we open the wall up, you hear about it that day with photos, not on the final invoice.
We started with roofs and grew into a roofing and siding company because customers kept asking. Now we handle concrete, gutters, windows, doors, and kitchen and bath remodels too.
How we actually operate
We show up.
On the day. At the time. If something goes sideways with weather or a supplier, you get a phone call, not silence.
We tell you the truth.
Including when the truth costs us the job. I've talked people out of full replacements more than once. A repair now and a referral later beats a job I had to oversell.
We clean up.
Magnet sweep for nails, tarps over the landscaping, debris hauled the same day. Your yard should look like we were never there, minus the new roof.
We stand behind it.
Manufacturer warranties on materials, plus our own labor warranty in writing. If something we installed fails, we come back. No argument, no invoice.
